Elite Complete Planning requires that you sign a contract at the time of booking. This ensures that you reserve the date. In addition, at the time of signing a contract we require 50% down. Three weeks before your event we request the remaining balance due. We maintain a 50% no money back policy. Also, you have a minimum of 15 days cancellation policy. If you cancel within the appropriate time frame then the remaining monies will be returned. Please note these policies are strictly for Elite Complete Planning and do not have anything to do with other vendors contracts.
